A: If you’ve lost your license code, please contact us with your purchase details (email and purchase date, if possible). If your purchase was made via a partner, please include any receipts or order confirmations from their platform.
Q: Where is my data stored?
A: Your privacy is our priority. All your app data is stored only on your own device, using LocalStorage. We cannot access, recover, or view your app data.
Q: I need a refund or want to dispute a purchase. What should I do?
A: All purchases are handled through our Merchant of Record (MOR) partners. Please refer to the Refund & Dispute Policy [link to that section/page] for details, or reach out to us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Q: Can I get technical support for a free app?
A: Yes! We support all our products, both free and paid. Reach out anytime.
